Job Title: Power BI Lead/ Architect

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable Power BI solutions that meet business requirements. Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power BI development and implementation.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, usability, and reliability.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end BI projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate requirements into actionable BI solutions. Present insights and recommendations derived from Power BI solutions to key stakeholders.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach junior team members. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the BI team.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish data governance policies and procedures for Power BI solutions. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed for BI projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Power BI technology. Evaluate new tools and techniques to enhance BI capabilities and drive innovation.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Power BI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, M Query, and data modelling techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.
